Of the 5 essential habits for healthy teens, I believe a nutritious diet is the most important. And here's why:
I believe that all of the habits are key to living a healthy lifestyle, but the most important one would be having a nutritious diet. When you eat foods like fruits and vegetable you have more energy and ultimately feel better than how you would if you were to eat junk foods. I find that if I eat healthy foods I am able to do more and i feel happier than when I am eating things like chips. Healthy diets improve my mood and make me feel great; which i think is very important.
